Property Management’s Launching
Property Management Talk held at Kuching, Sarawak
On 27th October 2018, BOVAEP successfully organised a talk on Property Management held at Asajaya Ballroom, Grand Margherita Hotel, Kuching, Sarawak. The talk was attended by numerous aspiring Property Managers and stakeholders related to Property Management in Malaysia.The programme was organised by BOVAEP with the assistance of MIEA Sarawak chapter and among the key speakers were Sr Ahmad Zailan Bin Azizuddin (Timbalan Ketua Pengarah Penilaian dan Perkhidmatan Harta (Operasi) who is also a BOVAEP Board Member, Sr Haji Ishak Bin Ismail (BOVAEP Board Member), Datuk Sr Sidsapesan Sittampalam (BOVAEP Board Member) and Sr Donald Lam Joon Onn (BOVAEP Board Member).Among the topics delivered were Role of Property Manager/Role of JMB/Role of MC, Process and Procedure On Registration of a Property Manager and Property Management Standards.

On 30th November 2018, BOVAEP successfully organised a talk on Property Management held at Holiday Villa Johor Bahru City Centre.The attendance was encouraging with many took the opportunity to attend the talk which emphasized on the role of Property Manager, JMB , MC and also on the registration procedure of Property Managers.

Renewal Of Negotiators Tag – Training Programme was held on 18 February 2019 at Crown Hall, Level 1, Crystal Crown Hotel PJ . More than 100 participants attended the programme. Mr Low Han Hoe from Nawawi Tie Leung and SR Adzman Shah from Exastrata Solutions Sdn Bhd presented on the topics.
