The Board of Valuers, Appraisers, Estate Agents and Property Managers as the regulatory body for the Valuers, Appraisers, Estate Agents and Property Managers has been vested with powers to ensure that only registered persons who are authorised to undertake Valuation, Appraisal, Estate Agency and Property Management provide the said services to the members of the public.
Towards this end, the Board would like to advise the members of the public that the following individuals/firms are not registered and therefore not authorised to provide the aforesaid services:
