We are pleased to inform that PEPS Johor Branch is organising a seminar as follows:-

Event : Malaysian Valuation Standards (MVS) – The Way Forward

Date : Tuesday, 17th January 2017

The seminar will discuss on important issues with regards to the Malaysian Valuation Standards (MVS), particularly the latest amendments and developments. It will take on issues like Mass Valuation, Valuations for FRS, Indicative Values, Biological Assets Valuation and many more areas of topical interests.

The Speaker is Sr FOO GEE JEN, Managing Director of CBRE|WTW. Sr Foo’s experience stems from numerous corporate consultancy exercises including the pre-privatisation exercise of TNB, Kumpulan Guthrie and the initial development of KLCC and TRX. Sr Foo has also successfully brokered multi-million property deals involving MNCs. In his recent involvement in Agency & Transactional Services, Sr Foo was involved in tender exercises for Guthrie Medicare, Gateway 2000 & Bandar Malaysia. Other assignments have been handled notably for Infineon Technologies, TEAC Electronic Japan, Shell Trading, ExxonMobil, Hewlett Packard, Tradewinds Berhad and Manipal University. Sr Foo is the President of PEPS, Fellow of RISM, Board Member of BOVAEA, member of RICS and is also the Vice President of FIABCI Malaysian Chapter. Sr Foo was also the Honorary Advisor (Property Consultant) to REHDA (Malacca Branch) between 1996-2008.
