Revised Malaysian Valuation Standards (MVS) - Errata

Further to our notification dated 21 July 2006, please be informed that there are some errors in the Malaysian Valuation Standards as follows:-

(i)	INTRODUCTION
	The fourth paragraph is amended by inserting the word "of" after the word "update".

(ii)	STANDARD 4 - STATEMENTS OF STANDARD
	(a)	In item 4.2.4 the word "of" should be deleted in the first line and a comma (,) to be placed after the word "However" in the second line.
	(b)	In items 4.2.6 a comma (,) should be placed after the word "purposes".

(iii)	STANDARD 10 - STATEMENT OF STANDARD
	In item 10.2.1, a slash (/) should be inserted after the word "report" in the first line.

(iv)	STANDARD 14 - STATEMENT OF STANDARD
	In item 14.2.1, to place a full stop (.) after the word "valuations" and the word "where" should be read as "Where".

Kindly amend your copy accordingly.
