VALUERS, APPRAISERS AND ESTATE AGENTS ACT 1981

Please be advised that the amendments to the captioned Act has come into force on 19 August 2011. One of the major amendment is the liberalisation of the profession.

In this connection, the Board has arranged a talk on Wednesday, 21st December 2011 at 9.00 a.m to 3.00 p.m at the Emerald 2, Level 3, Hotel Grand Paragon Sdn Bhd, Taman Century, Johor Bahru to explain on the amendments to all the registrants. Due to the cost factor a free of RM 250 is charged for this talk and 5 CPD hours will be awarded

All registrants are encouraged to attend this event so as to have a better understanding of the amendments and its implications. Kindly complete the registration form enclosed herewith and forward the same together with your payment to this Board by 12th December 2011.
