VALUERS, APPRAISERS AND ESTATE AGENTS ACT 1981

Please be advised that the amendments to the captioned Act has come into force on 19 August 2011. One of the major amendment is the liberalisation of the profession.

In this connection, the Board has arranged a talk on Thursday, 13 October 2011 at 9.00 a.m at the Ballroom, Hotel Equatorial, Mezzanine Floor, Jalan Sultan Ismail, Kuala Lumpur to explain on the amendments to all the registrants. Due to the cost factor a free of RM 250 is charged for this talk and 5 CPD hours will be awarded

All registrants are encouraged to attend this event so as to have a better understanding of the amendments and its implications. Kindly complete the registration form enclosed herewith and forward the same together with your payment to this Board by 3 October 2011.
