 PRACTISING CERTIFICATE

All registered persons who are not practising are hereby directed by the Board to return their practising certificate to the Board’s Secretariat.

The Board has decided that those persons who are not practising should be allowed to temporarily discontinue the annual application for the authority to practice and the payment of the annual fee.

On resumption of the practice the registrant may apply for reinstatement with no additional fee payable for the period during the discontinuation of the practice.

This decision is made accordance with Rule 20 (3) of the Valuers, Appraisers and Estate Agents Rules 1986.

Please be guided accordingly.
