"Property Wanted" Advertisements

The Board observes with disquiet the recent proliferation of "Property Wanted" Advertisements appearing in the mass media as a vehicle for soliciting for instructions.

Please be reminded that a "Property Wanted" Advertisement as the term suggest is an announcement published on behalf of a client and the advertisement shall include the statement that no commission shall be sought from any person who responds to it.

All Registrants are hereby advised to strictly comply with the aforesaid requirement, as failure to observe same will attract immediate disciplinary action.
