Work Diary / Log Book

It has been brought to the Board's attention that a number of probationary Valuers/Estate Agents are submitting their Work Diary/Log Book (in the case of a probationary valuer) and Work Diary (in the case of a probationary estate agent) for preliminary Assessment after completing the 2 years practical training contrary to express provisions of the Rules and Guidelines for Test of Professional Competence for Valuers/Estate Agents. Probationers are reminded that the same shall be submitted to the board after twelve months or six months (as the case may be) of recording the entries.

Probationary Valuers / Estate Agents are informed that any failure on their part to comply with the aforesaid ruling shall result in, apart from extending the period of practical training, delay their Test Of Professional Competence Interview materially.

As such probationary valuers/estate agents are required to submit their Work Diary/Log Book in accordance to the Rules and Guidelines to the Test of Professional Competence for Valuers/Estate Agents in order to avoid undue hardship.
