EXPOSURE DRAFT OF THE MALAYSIAN VALUATION STANDARDS

Please be informed that the Boards has revised the Malaysian Valuation Standards in line with the current practice and invite all registered valuers, appraisers and probationary valuers to study same and advise if they are agreeable with amendments, additions and removal of certain standards.

We attach herewith the exposure draft of the Malaysian Valuation Standards for your considered views, if any. Kindly forward your comments, suggestions and recommendations by the 15 February 2011 failing which, we shall assume that all registrants have no objections and are agreeable with the exposure draft and shall proceed with its publication.

Meanwhile any registrant who is unable to open his or her attachment is requested to visit the Board's website to view same under the heading 'What's new'.
