Partial Exemption Under The Ten (10) Years Ruling

Please be advised that the Board has decided that all applicants who wish to apply for partial exemption under the ten (10) years ruling under item 10.02 for valuers and 4.02 for estate agents of the Rules and Guidelines to the Test of Professional Competence for Valuers/Estate Agent are now required to register with the Board as a Probationary Valuers or Probationary Estate Agent (whichever the case may be) for a minimum duration of two (2) years before they are eligible to invoke the aforesaid rule.
