Rules & Guidelines To The TPC For Valuers - Practial Task Part B

Please be informed that with effect from 18 March 2004, the Board has decided to delete Part B of the practical task (i.e. the Critical Analysis Report). Candidates are now required to select another topic from the list in Part A in lieu of the practical task in Part B.

Not withstanding the above, candidates who are currently preparing their critical analysis report may opt to carry on with the same if they are comfortable with the topic or in the alternative they may select a different topic in Part A.

Kindly be guided accordingly.
