Test Of Professional Competence For Valuers / Estate Agents (TPC)

Kindly be informed that the Board conducts the Professional Interview for Valuers/Estate Agents six times in a year namely in the month of February, April, June, August, October and December.

The dateline for the submission of the practical tasks shall be the 15 th of the preceding month of the interview.

All candidates are advised to submit their practical tasks within the prescribed period to be eligible for an interview in the subsequent month. Notwithstanding the aforesaid, candidates are advised not to discount the possibility of a delay in the date of the interview even though all attempts humanly possible shall be made to ensure otherwise. Provided always that the time stated herein should not be construed in any way so as to fetter, limit or restrict the discretion given to the Board to change or delay the interview and in the event of a change / delay it has the power to decide on

the dates of the interviews.

For your further information, candidates attending the Test of Professional Competence are required to bring along their Work Diary.
